• The position consists of participating in the implementation of a human resources development policy and the general conditions of its application.

• Placed under the responsibility of the Human Resources Manager, he is responsible for the reliability of the administrative procedures related to the career of the employees, the recruitment to retirement in the sub-region Cameroon RCA and Chad.

Prepare and maintain a candidate database

Assist line managers in the development of standard profiles

Establish and manage a recruitment plan

Organize the hiring interviews

Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures

Develop and monitor work and internship contracts

Monitor the integration path in accordance with the recruitment procedure

To welcome employees during recruitment, mobility, secondment and transfer To receive, inform, advise and guide employees on their administrative situation and the provisions relating to their career from recruitment to retirement

Identify and analyze training needs together with line managers

Support the deployment of "Group" development (training) programs

Establish and manage a training plan

Provide training evaluation follow-up

Create a training provider file meeting the criteria of the needs of the company

Establish professional skills benchmarks

Anticipate and adapt to future needs.
