Duties:

- Draft pleadings, motions, legal documents
- Represent clients in court
- Conduct research & prepare witnesses
- Communicate with clients, attorneys & courts

Requirements:

- J.D. & Kansas license
- Family law experience preferred, not required
- Senior Associate roles for 5+ years litigation experience
